my kid broke my screen and took it to a non-Apple store and had a new screen put on the phone is working fine. Is there any way to get the notification off of my settings?

Unfortunatley, you are most likely stuck with it. The only way to get rid of it is to have Apple replace it with a genuine display, however Apple will no longer work on it now that a non-Apple repair shop has tampered with it.
