Facebook error fetching data on iPhone

I cannot post anything on Facebook from my iPhone as I get an error fetching data message. If I try on my laptop it’s not an issue. Can anyone tell me how to resolve the issue on my phone? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and making sure my phone software has been updated.
