Hi my son's iphone screen is shattered completely and does not respond to touch at all, i am trying to turn off find my phone but when i sign in to icloud it asks for verification number that is sent to the phone which due to the broken screen we cannot see so i am unable to do anythyng , i cant even turn it off , the phone make noises and is calling numbers by itself and playing music , what can i do if the i cannot verify the phone.
