How to copy HD files from backup into MacBook Pro HD volume

Hallo,

I have a MacBook Pro 13' 2017 and I have reinstalled macOS Monterey 12.6.3, since I was dissatisfied with Ventura. Following that, I noticed there were two HD volumes (HD Data and HD Data2). I did a backup of both with Time Machine and erased HD Data from the MacBook.

I am trying to copy some files from HD Data in the backup to the HD Data2 of the MacBook but that does not work.

I would be grateful for your help, please.
