My iPhone keep asking me to pair an Apple Watch but I don’t have any

Since a few days now, my iPhone won’t stop asking me to pair an Apple Watch. The thing is : I DONT HAVE AN APPLE WATCH TO PAIR. The window keeps reappearing every time I close it. Even if I uninstall the Apple Watch app, it keeps re-installing itself on my phone. Any idea what I can do to stop it ? 😅 thanks

Aaptiv app on Apple Watch will NOT open Hi, Starting yesterday I cannot open the Aaptiv app on my Apple Watch and it is not tracking/saving workout data. The Aaptiv app on my iPhone works fine and is tracking/saving workouts. I've tried restarting my iPhone and my Apple Watch, I've deleted the Aaptiv app from both devices, I unpaired the watch from the iPhone (which took forever to repair), I've confirmed all the privacy settings are correct so I'm really at a loss. I contacted Aaptiv support and they're not sure what to do since the problem is not widespread. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Install app to apple watch I recently got an iphone 13. I switched over from iphone X. Most everything is working on my new phone, BUT...my Apple Watch does not have all the apps on it that it did when I used my iphone X. There are several apps listed in MyWatch that appear to be available to install. When I select one to install (that was previously on my watch before switching phones) I get a message on my watch to double click, which I do. The circle around the square next to the name of the app starts up, then a beep and within a couple of seconds everything stops and the word "Install" shows up again. I have been able to select an app and get it to successfully install, so it seems like there are just several that won't work to install. Any suggestions? I have tried the basic troubleshooting: turn off/on both phone and watch, checked for wifi and bluetooth connections and toggled both on and off both devices. Thank you...

We understand that your iPhone is asking to pair with an Apple Watch, but you don't own one. Has iPhone been previously paired with someone else's watch? Did you purchase iPhone second-hand? Are you signed in on iPhone with your Apple ID in Settings?

Make sure that iPhone has been update with the latest iOS version for the most recent performance fixes. This link will walk you through how to Update your iPhone or iPad.
