So, I have 3 Gmail accounts linked to my mail app and I received one mail that I wanted to reply to from account 3 If I particularly go to account 3, how can I change the settings which will send emails from the account only from which it is opened/received ?

When you compose your reply, in the "From" section...Hover over it with your mouse and it will show that you can click on it. When you do, you can select which account you want to send it from.
