We do not know what help your friend may need, unless you tell us.

Eg: we don't even know which iPhone model / iOS version.

If your friend knows the Apple ID and Apple ID password, and friend's iPhone is listed as a trusted device:

: Wondering why your friend can not log-in:

eg: forgot Apple ID,
