Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:

C. Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

14 Days Return Policy:

You have 14 days to returns this. So, if you still have the time, I'd say return it. Seems to be no more than a faulty device.

With a near new phone I would have done the same thing and return it to the place you bought it from. You don't need this hassle, they should either fix it or replace it for you. Good luck.
