How to contact apple support

Hello

i buy an iphone 14 pro in israel last October , now i live in belarus because of my educational study , one week ago i noticed that there is a black dot on my iphone screen , i read about it and as I understand its pixel damage , now i am getting crazy because my iPhone didn’t fall or get any physical damage , i try to get help here in belarus where i live and they told me that they can just replace the screen but they will not change my iphone to new one even if its not my fault and the iphone didnt get any physical damage before , and these process will take 4 weeks and until then i will be without any another phone ( so 4 weeks to wait to fix my phone but i will not get another phone until they fix mine) , i tried to email the store on my country they said that i have to come to israel then they will check it and decide what to do , i will be in israel in july so i have to wait a lot of time , i tried to ask how can i contact apple support but i couldn’t succeed to reach them not in the apllication of apple support ( i could not know how i can reach them in the application ) and i ask for email of apple or something but there is no such option like this , what should i do ?

my phone is 4 months years old and its funny that they just can fix the screen even if its not related to physical damage of the iphone , even if i accept these option its stupid that i have to wait 4 weeks without any phone .

can someone help me how to reach apple service ?
