Erase assistant problem

I have a strange issue with erase assistant.

I am stuck at the part where it asks for my Apple ID password to turn off Find My on this Mac.

The problem is that the Apple ID email is wrong. It is the old email I used for the Apple ID long ago. This old email is removed from all settings and accounts and replaced with the new one.

Any way out of this?
