How can I print a half letter size booklet using pages?

I have tried this several times before and it seems like such a simple thing. I have a 15 page document or so that I want to print 2 pages per sheet, and to work as a booklet, well, the pages need to be rearranged. Can I do that using Pages or do I need to scramble with other applications/ web services?
