I didn’t play this game for a while, tried to play it and now it suddenly says “you are trying to play a game that is no longer installed.” Clicked reinstall and says “Unable to Install, the app is no longer available in the App Store. Keep or delete.” How can I reinstall to play please?

Unfortunately if the developer has removed it form the store then there is no way to reinstall it. It sounds like you may have had storage optimization set to remove apps that you were not using and this is an unfortunate result of that feature.
