I keep getting a pop up box asking me to sign in to my apple ID. i've changed my password 3 x since this issue started, I input correctly, hit 'continue' in the Apple ID Suggestions and I keep getting sign in box. I tried to remove the legacy contact but the steps are not valid in the Settings/Password & Security , there is no Legacy Contact menu.

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com
(Sidebar) Tap Sign-In and Security -> Legacy Contact.

That's where the issue is, I get to Update Apple ID Settings, I log in , I hit Continue and all I keep getting is a log in box over and over again :(
