BetMGM poker app/client keeps crashing.

Hi folks,

I have a poker app/client from BetMGM that keeps crashing every time I try to log in, it has been doing this since Tuesday. After numerous repeated attempts it is accompanied by the error message contained in the photo below. I have contacted the site and they have told me that it is a device issue and they could not help further. Any advice or assistance when it comes to helping me to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

I am on a MacBook Air that runs on MacOS Ventura.

Hi vanni9283,

It looks like you're having trouble with an app crashing.

Try removing and reinstalling the app if you have not already.

You can also try starting to safe mode to see if the app launches correctly there:

Start up your Mac in safe mode

If the app starts in safe mode, some other app or service you have installed might be interfering with this app.

If this hasn't solved the issue for you, we can only recommend that you contact the developer. Despite what you were told, if only one app crashes on your machine then the issue likely lies with the app in question.

Well, I tried the remove/reinstall option. That didn't work.

And as I said in my initial post, I called BetMGM and they told me it was an issue with the device (being my MacBook) and were unable to help, despite the suggestion they gave me.

I'll try the Safe Mode option and see what that does.

Just tried safe mode. The program was still crashing, although it didn't give me an error message after crashing twice. I might contact the site to see who developed the software for the poker client as a next troubleshooting step.
