Yellow screen appears for very small time Apple watch series 8 yellow screen glitch when taking off from wrist.
apple has even replaced multiple watch but e even the new one does the same problem. Anyone else has the same issue?
This is very annoying. Is this a hardware or a software issue? Also, what is Apple doing about it?

I have the same yellow screen glitch problem on my Apple watch series 8.
I've asked Apple for repair, and they checked it and found nothing.
They sent me back my watches, asked me to set upthe watches like a new device. It didn't help. I still have the same problem.

I'll try to do with it something, because my watch spent 1,5 months in services with no result, and it is only 4 monthes, I don't think it's normal with it's price, truly sad.
There is no advice to give except that it is cosmetic, it’s known to Apple, and to inform Apple.
It has been highlighted by a number of users for at least the last year while I have been responding on Watch forum. I don’t think it affects all watches.
Yes, it started yesterday when I took it off. I thought maybe it was because the back of the screen hit the table a bit when I set it down, but I gently took it off just now and it did it again. I guess it’s good to know that we aren’t alone in this issue. But it’s worrisome and super annoying. So yeah, same shuff you’re experiencing. Hopefully it doesn’t affect my $600 watch 🤦🏼♀️
It’s been a while since I last posted, but having installed the latest updates for both my 15 PM and AW9 the issue has, if anything, got worse😅Almost every time I take the watch off now, the screen will flash yellow. I’ve just determined and accepted that certain watches are/may suffer from this issue which I’m still certain is software related, rather than hardware.
Being that I only take the watch off mostly to charge it, and maybe a couple of times throughout the day, I’m happy to just live with it now. The watch itself is flawless in everything it does, so for the small inconvenience of seeing the screen flash, I can deal with it. But fingers crossed, future updates/patches may offer the solution.
I’m having the same problem, it starting yesterday and has done it once since then, but it happens when it’s on my wrist, I see it out of the corner of my eye, I just got the 9 not even a month ago, so it’s kinda annoying! Hopefully they fix it soon never had a problem with my 7

Sorry to be pedantic but that sounds like a different problem, possibly hardware. We are talking about taking it off the wrist.
Restart the Watch by holding in the crown and side button together til the Apple icon appears then release.
If it still happens then contact Apple under warranty.
I just Googled yellow screen on Apple Watch and this thread was the only search result.
