I have a iPhone 12 mini I factory reset and it says unable to activate when trying to active it.

Do you have an active internet connection? As it says, try activating through a computer or contact Apple Support.

The screen says you do not have Wi-Fi. Reboot the phone and try activating again.

Yes I’m connected to Wi-Fi. I do not have computer access right now.
