Coursera File Upload Error - Permissions

On both my iPad and my iPhone I am unable to upload files to the Coursera app. I have already verified I have the current iOS and app on both devices. The app at the time of making this post is on version 5.6.0 and my iPhone and iPad are on 16.3.1. I have tried removing the app from both devices and redownloading and it fails to resolve the issue. The only way I am able to upload any files at all is on my PC at home which isn’t very helpful when I’m trying to learn on the go

You have done everything we could have suggested but we are limited because Coursera is a third party app - not developed by Apple. I suggest you contact Coursera directly for help. I found this phone number, although it may not be current:
