Not able to download my own youTube shorts

On my IPhone 13, running iOS version 17.0.2, I am not able to download my own youTube shorts videos.

When I am trying to download my own youTube short videos on youTube app and click on "save to device", I get the error "Unable to save...File could not be saved because of a unknown problem. Please wait and try again"
