If you think your outlook account was compromised, change the password and set up 2 factor authentication to lock it down. Your phone has not been “hacked”. The message is bogus. They can’t even get it right when they tell you you’ve been infected. Trojans and viruses are to radically different things. There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iphone that has not been jailbroken, and a Trojan would require you to actively bypass the built in security on your phone by jailbreaking it, then actively download an app from outside of the App Store.

To repeat: This is a scam. Period. They have zero information about you other than your email address. None.

This scam has been going around for years. The favorite for a while was they have videos of you captured on your computer's camera doing very naughty things. I can't even begin to count how many of those I've gotten. And their claim is an easily proved lie when I don't even have any type of camera on my computer.

These exist for one reason, and one reason only; to get you to pay them whatever amount in Bitcoin they put in the email.

Delete and ignore. It's nothing but a lie. Do the same to any other such emails you get.

Yes, this is very common scam attempt, but in no way indicates that your device has been hacked. It does possibly indicate that the email address has been compromised, and will repeatedly receive various scam messages.

Again, there is no such thing as a “Trojan virus”. Trojans and viruses are radically different things. The first, a Trojan, requires you to take extraordinary measures to install it on an iphone, the second does not exist for an iphone at all.

Outlook is a Microsoft product/service. If you have concerns about your Outlook/Microsoft account, you should contact Microsoft.

No, they did not hack your phone. No, they did not gain remote access to your phone. No, they are no able to control your phone remotely.

Court your Outlook account have been compromised? Certainly. Follow the suggestions that KiltedTim provided above.

I am very scared because i have read articles that stated that even iphones are also hacked using trojan virus and he have acces to my outlook and i dont know how to log out all devices from my outlook. I have changed my password and even after that my iphone is still logging in to the same outlook without asking the new password is it possible that he is still logged in to my outlook account?

So this means that there is no chance for them to hack my iphone?

You have already asked that question. Repeatedly. We have answered it. Repeatedly. What assurance do we have that you're going to believe us if we tell you the same thing again? Why do you believe one person with very obviously bad intentions over people in this forum with very good reputations?
