External monitor not connecting to 2021 MacBook Pro 14" through docking station

I have a Wavlink docking station that's connected to my Mac via USB-C cable into the Mac Thunderbolt port.

I want to connect my external monitor to my Mac through the docking station instead of plugging in directly to the Mac. Right now I'm getting a blank screen when the HDMI cable is plugged into the docking station.

I have a wireless mouse that's plugged into the docking station (USB-A) and it's working.

How can I fix this?

O/S is Venture 13.2.1

Thanks!
