My Roku TV thinks my apple ID uses an old email address

When I try to sign into the Apple TV app on my Roku TV, it defaults to an old (gmail) email I used with my AppleID. It's very confusing to know if in fact it is using the only apple ID I have (an Outlook account).

I checked to see if another account exists with my old account, and I don't have an appleID associated with the old (gmail) account.

It's like the old gmail is cached somewhere.
