My credit card expiration date recently was updated, and a new card issued. I have updated the card in my icloud account, but am not able to update nor to delete the card in my Wallet. Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

There is generally no need to update a reissued card for only a new expiry / CVV.


The “unwritten rule” seems to be that if nothing which is actually “displayed” in the wallet has changed, no updating is needed.


The credit cards in your wallet are actually much more tightly integrated to the issuer than many realize.


Some banks even automatically update wallet when cards with new account numbers are issued as well.
