Need help with movie subtitle setting

Just purchase a movie “The Grandmaster”. It says it supports Mandarin as original audio in the description. But when I go to the audio and subtitle setting when watching the movie, it only has options for “auto” and “English”. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

Bought a movie on Apple TV app on iPad but can’t switch language to original audio. Hello (: With the hopes of watching Oppenheimer in english -the original version-, I bought the movie tonight. In the description of the movie it says that it’s available in original and german (I‘m from switzerland). When I started watching the audio was in german and I could not switch to original audio. I pressed the three buttons for the settings but there the tempo settings only are available. I also contacted support and they told me to do this and that in settings but it still hasn’t worked. Maybe one of you knows how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance, Chris

I think this means that the original single audio track has a mix of multiple languages in various conversations. It is not something for the user to choose between for the whole movie. It may be presented as an English track.
