remove launchpad icon from launchpad?

when I open launchpad there's a launchpad icon in there, that just re-opens launchpad lol

no X to remove it when long clicking, no idea how to remove stuff without an X so plz help tyvm

tried looking but didn't see it, not much on the drive but I searched for launchpad just in case

totally not a huge deal if there's no easy fix

yeah true, and I'm just gonna use the desktop for apps instead of the dock for now until I figure out what I'm doing wrong so all set for now thanks again everyone ^^
