I'm getting the message "Confirm your iPhone passcode" but, when I click on it I get to the Settings but the Apple Id menu is disable, so there's nothing I can do. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I can access appleid.apple.com from Mac or iphone browser and everything is ok with my id.
Thanks for the help. This "fixed" the apple id menu. I can access the apple id, icloud, and other options now. However, the Confirm your passcode message still appears and nothing happens when I click it. It takes me to the settings app with the difference that now the apple id menu is click able.
Finally! I had to go to settings > about . Then it asked for the passcode confirmation. I had done this several times but it never asked for a passcode so I think a combination of both is needed - remove the time restrictions then confirm the passcode.

Are screen time restrictions on? Settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions
You might want to turn that off and after that try again
