Wallet

I have 3 States showing up in my wallet for State DL. None is the state that I live in .( I was told by a person claiming to be Apple support that the 3 states showing up are the only 3 that allowed a persons DL to be placed in the wallet .

I am 1000% sure I can not use Apple Pay because of an error message that comes up saying ……. Is a scam and if you sr d the money it ………. And will not be returned to you . ( it was my son standing next to me that I was using Apple Pay with ? I added a picture of the safety check . I am thinking now that I read this thread that I was not speaking with an apple employee ? Any thoughts ?
