Media could not be loaded on my iPhone

Media could not be loaded, either because the server / network failed or because the format is not supported.

How to fix problem above?

i can not see any pictures / videos in onlyfans account when using iphone / imac.

is it because my iphone/desktop wrong settings or onlyfans server ?
