What is the “Apple Inc.” app? Settings>>General>>Storage, takes up 10.7mb, can not delete it ios 15.7.3

I found it strange it could not be deleted. I asked another if they had the same and found it was not present on their slightly newer device. I was concerned it indicated something malicious and surprised no one else, hardly, had reported it. Thanks again.
