If I follow the Exact Same Appearance in you picture above
I get as per first image below
If I look in System Setting and click on my User ID
I get as per second Redacted Image
Same image used in Apple ID appears in Both Places
I get the same results in 3 Apple Computers all running Ventura 13.2.1 and a forth Apple Computer running macOS 10.13 High Sierra ( Only High Sierra is using System Preferences )
