I have an IPhone 12 I just got and have the 64gb storage and I’ve realized now that it’s too small, how can I upgrade it to the 128gb storage?? Do I have to go into the Apple Store or can I do it on my phone?
It's not upgradable without buying an unit with more internal storage.

You cannot upgrade your internal storage. However, you can still transfer some content to iCloud, upgrading the iCloud storage if necessary.
It is not possible to upgrade the memory on your iPhone. If your iPhone 12 has too little memory, then the only thing you can do is sell it again, or return it, and buy a model with 128GB of storage space, or more.
