Can't access to Amazone Workspace client App.

I've entered my username and password. It appears to log in and then shuts down immediately or the app crashes and then can't close, I have to force quit. I've deleted and reinstalled, shut down my computer and repeated the install, reset the MacOS, and still, it's the same. The app shuts down immediately. Please help resolve this issue.

MacOS version: 13.2.1

Amazone Workspace client: latest version _ 6-Mar-23

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.2
