I can't delete or unhide some hidden files on iphone 11

I have read several solutions but none of them work. I have hidden photos. I have tried to unhide them to no avail, I have tried to delete them, no luck. I have deleted other photos in my hidden folder but there are several that defy any attempts to delete or unhide them. I have reset my phone - again no luck. I moved some of them to a folder "On My iPhone". But when I look at the folder it shows no items in the folder. When I open the folder there are the photos I moved there. I selected on and I was able to delete it. However it remains in the hidden files. I moved one photo to an album as a different approach. The album shows no photos, obviously, it's hidden. So, to sum up. I have hidden photos that I can not delete. And lastly, when I select one of the obstinate photos I do not get an option to unhide or delete. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

When you hide photos and videos, they move to the Hidden album, so they don't appear in your Library, in other albums, or in the Photos widget on your Home Screen. In iOS 14 and later, you can turn off the Hidden album, so the photos are completely hidden. And in iOS 16, iPadOS 16.1, and macOS Ventura and later, your Hidden album is locked by default.

Unhide photos on iPhone or iPad

1. Open Photos and tap the Albums tab. On iPad, you might need to tap the sidebar icon in the upper-left corner first to see your albums.

2. Scroll down and tap Hidden under Utilities.

3. Use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your Hidden album.

4. Tap the photo or video that you want to unhide.

5. Tap the More button then tap Unhide.

I appreciate your response however I may not have been clear enough when stating my problem. The problem as stated in my question was

When I pull the photos up there is no "trash can" so I can not delete them. I can move them and then delete the duplicates but not the ones in the "Hidden Folder/Albums" I have reset my phone - no help. So to summarize I can not delete these several files. When I swipe up there is no camera information but it is the same response I get when checking files I can delete. I have read about shadow images etc., but no help.
