Dell M3B106 firmware update

I am using a 16-inch 2019 MacBook Pro and updated Ventura 13.2.1; and using a Dell U3818DW monitor. I currently have firmware version M3B103 on my monitor, and cannot get the firmware for to update to M3B106. I am connecting using the USB-C and go through the Dell process for Mac. The Dell Monitor Firmware Update Utility says the monitor model number and current firmware is not detected, then that the firmware was successfully installed, but it does not show as updated on the monitor. Has anyone else experience this? Many thanks if someone has a workaround!
