MyFitnessPal Premium cut me off from Use

I wanted to use MyFitnessPal Premium again and found when I logged in to do my diary that no longer had Premium. I paid for it by Pay Pal and it was added to my Apple Subscriptions. I don’t renew until September. I have to admit I hadn’t used the premium for a few months, but I should still have access. Who should I contact? MyFitnessPal, Apple, or PayPal?
