Slow Internet speed on my MacBookPro & it becomes fast on restart

My internet speed drops after a few hours of use on my MacBookPro. On checking the speed using https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ it clearly shows the drop in speed is between my MacBook and router. I tried other devices and they all work fine. Once I restart my MacBook the speed is back fine. Any suggestions or fixes? MacOS is on Ventura 13.2.1

I removed Bitdefender completely and could not find any AntivirusforMac.app or CleanMyMac in the Activity Monitor. Have I missed anything?

It is I who messed up 😔

My Error the " /Applications/Bitdefender/AntivirusforMac.app/Contents/MacOS/AntivirusforMac " was part of BitDefender
