eSIM not available on new iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hello, I have bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max. It may be destined for the mainland China market, as I did not find the window to add the cellular plan to add an eSIM. Is there an update that enables me to add an eSIM, knowing that the serial number of my device is RX****2HD and the model number is MQ863ZA/A

The iPhone 14 Pro Max intended for sale in China does not support an eSim. You will need to purchase a model that does or use a physical SIM.

Probably you have bought an iPhone made for Mainland China. the device will not have that feature even if go out of China (Mainland)

eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), and iPhone XS feature eSIM. Learn about using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards in China mainland, Hong Kong, and Macao.
