Activation lock

I have been reject by Apple in regards to my activation lock, how can this be resolved ? I have provided all the necessary information required.

Only Apple can resolve this. You will have to submit the documentation they require. Likely this would be an Apple issued receipt. Apple recommends you "Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device" --> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support
