I think you already know that "Why" questions can only be answered by Apple. On a user-to-user site like this, we are all users.....just like you. Apple is not here.


No one on a user-to-user site can explain decisions that have been made by Apple.

What article are you talking about? The article linked to above is about Apple security updates. It has nothing to do with Android phones. If you don't mean that article, please provide a link to the one to which you're referring.
