I have purchased the MLS Season pass and I cannot seem to access any of the content on the Apple TV App on my MacBook Pro. There is NO SPORTS tab across the top of the screen under Apple TV app. I got WATCH NOW, Apple TV+, Store, and Library. There is supposed to be a SPORTS tab across the top. How do I get that to appear?

The Sports tab appears in the TV app on the Apple TV box, iPhone, and iPad in select countries (US, CA). It does not appear on Mac, as one of its uses is to link to other apps, and that OS feature is not supported on macOS, traditionally lacking streaming apps there in favor of browser access for those services.
Do you have an "MLS" tab on in the Apple TV app on you Mac?
It seems this tab is conditional on some tbd detail, as I do not have it in Ventura 13.2.1 in my region.
Users should be able to access MLS in the TV app on iOS 16.2 or later, iPadOS 16.2 or later, or macOS 13.1 or later. Else try browser access for MLS through tv.apple.com.
