Sky 6 month free trial for Apple TV+ - Apple login not working

Hello,

I have received a free trial for Apple TV+ through my Sky VIP account. I have followed the link in my email from Sky and logged into my Apple account, as prompted, but all that does is bring me to the License agreement (screenshot below). I have scrolled all the way to the bottom of the agreement, but I cannot for the life of me see a way to progress past this page.

I have until July to redeem this offer, so the link hasn't expired. I have cleared my cache/cookies and tried different browsers/devices.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on or if I am making an obvious mistake?
