One ear bud not connecting

Hi so I found my pulsar earbuds that are in good condition and took them to school and when I was connecting them I noticed that only the left earbud connected and the right was didn’t and I tried searching up why but I didn’t find anything useful and I checked the battery and they were both charged to a good percent.

Hello Audrey_Baker_,

For this issue, we'd recommend forgetting the earbuds, resetting them, and then pair them again to refresh their connection. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone, tap on Bluetooth.
  2. Tap the 'i' next to the earbuds, then tap Forget this Device.
  3. According to this page: https://www.tellur.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/User-Manual-TLL511111-511101-EN.pdf You can reset/restore the earbuds by charging them and pressing the MFB button for 6 seconds until the red indicator flash three times.
  4. To get them in pairing mode, "In the off state, long press and hold the MFB button until the red and blue lights flashing alternately then release the button, it means that the headset enters into paring mode."
  5. After this, return to your iPhone and disable Bluetooth altogether in Settings > Bluetooth > Off.
  6. Then enable Bluetooth again in Settings > Bluetooth.
  7. The earbuds should appear again at the bottom, so you can pair them again.

Should the issue continue to occur, then you'd need to contact the manufacturer of these earbuds for further support.

We hope this helps out.

Take care.
