Cannot add GCash as payment method. Linking shows successful but not proceeding.

I cannot link my GCash as my payment method. I go through the whole process but end up getting stuck on below window. It says online payment linking successful but does not proceed and my GCash is still not reflected as a payment method.

I've already checked on Gcash's side and they confirmed there are no issues or maintenance happening on their end. My account was also confirmed to have no problems and is active.
