Exporting images from Keynote- change settings/behavior?

When exporting Keynote slides to images, a folder is automatically created and the individual images are exported into it. This folder is often unwanted, and I have to move the image file to where I want it and delete the folder. It would be great to be able to set some preference to not have that happen.

Keynote Images Disappears When I opened a Keynote file sent by my colleague, most of the images turned into greyed out box with a cross & '?' in the middle. How do I retrieve the pictures? Images not updating in FinalCut Pro I have been using Final Cut Pro for the past 3 years. As well as more complex videos, I often use it to make simple videos for use in School assemblies. I begin with creating slides in Keynote and exporting them as images. I then drag and drop the images into FCP and arrange them as I wish. In the past if I have update the images (say changed the layout of a slide and then replaced the existing images) FCP automatically updated the video. Now I have to drag and drop. Any suggestions? Have I inadvertently changed the settings in FCP? Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

How do I change the default folder when I save a screenshot to files Hi, I have to take pictures of my text messages for backup for work and I save them to Files so that I can download onto my work PC. The first one of the day always automatically goes to the folder I've created for these messages. When I have to save others throughout the day it automatically goes to my travel folder. Is there a way I can set my work folder as the default folder so that I don't have to keep changing it? I have to do this anywhere from 3-15 times a day and it's been months of doing this.

There is no setting in Keynote that will prevent a folder from being created when exporting to images.
