Business Marked as Permanently Closed

Hello

My office shows permanently closed in apple maps, and this is causing many no show appointment in our office. When I called Apple Customer service I was told to report the error in iPhone or register and edit the information in Business Connect.

So I did both by register and verify to Business connect website and edit the open status and work hours, plus reported error on iPhone(4 people reported).

But it still shows permanently closed in apple maps, and when I click on reviewed reports It shows that WE couldn't update Maps based on the information you provided.

Also in business connect website it shows that

"Changes Not Approved" Your changes couldn’t be made to this location on the top of business website.

Please let me know what I can do to fix permanently closed status.
