Two monitors with high refresh rate on Mac mini

If I connect two monitors with refresh rate higher than 60Hz to Mac mini,How it will work exactly ?

Im just willing to buy Inzone m9 for my ps5

and use it with the Mac mini simultaneously, but I heard that the Mac mini support only monitors with 60Hz refresh rate.

so the question is.. if I add that monitor to my setup, it still will work with limited refresh rate?

or it will not even possible to use it as the second monitor

What other display do you have and how is it connected to the M1 Mac mini?

(the M1 supports one display on the HDMI port and one display on a USB-C port)

The M9 gaming display should have higher refresh rates on a USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
