Cannot authorize my new MacBook for Apple Music
I only have 3 computer/devices authorized yet I can't play my music because I have 5 computers authorized. I even deleted 1 of 4 and it still says I have 5 authorized.

Try "Deauthorize All" and then authorize any computers you still have and want to use. Note only computers are authorized, not iPhones or iPads. See the following from Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
To deauthorize a computer that you don't have access to, you have to deauthorize all of your computers. Then authorize each computer that you have again. You can deauthorize all computers only once a year.
