I am trying to reset my power beats pro 2 and the reset process says hold the button until the light turns red. It does not turn red. My problem is that most often one side of my headphones is dead. it can be either side. sometimes the left and sometimes the right. I have cleaned the contacts and the charger with cable is also verified.
