Not able to installing a package
while double-click on the downloaded package nothing is happening on my mac

Is the app even compatible with your particular Mac and version of macOS?
It would also help to know the version of macOS involved.
Are you running any anti-virus apps, or cleaning/optimizer apps, or third party security software? If so, then they may be interfering with the normal operation of macOS. None of these types of apps are needed on a Mac.
Try rebooting the Mac.
