Billing problems

Hello, I am getting this error message - There is an active subscription on this account that requires at least one payment on file. I have canceled all my subscription but it’s still not letting me remove my card. I can’t see any active subscription on my device because they are all inactive. Help please.

Ones which haven't expired still count as active. If they all did or you can't wait until they do, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
