Blank email messages

I had this problem on an older iMac, but I wrote it up to an old version of mail. But I just recently upgraded to new with Ventura 13.2.1 and Mail 16.0, and occasionally get the same problem?

Open mail app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:

“Protect Mail Activity”

“Hide IP address”

“Block all remote content”

compare your results

reboot if necessary.
